Refer someone who needs help with coverage, Baylon guides them through the process, and once their enrollment is completed the referral reward is issued. The current structure is designed to stay easy to understand and easy to share.
Referral program

Baylon’s referral program is built to keep things simple. Share the agency with friends, family, or coworkers who need health or life insurance help, and get rewarded when they become a client.
Reward structure
Health insurance referrals are currently positioned around a $25 reward after enrollment. Life insurance referrals are positioned around a $50 reward after enrollment. Reward timing generally follows successful completion and policy finalization.

It is a simple win-win. You help someone get connected to real insurance guidance, and you receive a reward for sending them to a local team that can actually help.
Who can participate
You do not need to be an existing client to participate. The main rule is that the referred person should not already be an existing Baylon client.
Privacy and payout expectations
Referral information should be handled carefully and rewards should only be issued after the referred policy is finalized. The page keeps the tone light, but the operational standard still needs to respect privacy and compliance expectations.
